Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and in their original condition
  • Free from damage, scratches, or signs of use
  • In their original packaging

Please note that personalized or custom items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at Support@herlittlecharms.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with further instructions.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for a different size or style, subject to availability. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
